0241 (1)(e) - Valid Allegations refrigerator has moldy and expired food inside. During an inspection this licensor did not observe moldy food in the refrigerator, but this licensor and Supervisor Howard observed expired lunch meat in the fridge on 7/29/22. Additionally, on 7/20/22 the DL/CPS investigator observed expired cheese in the fridge. 0241(7) - Valid - Allegations diaper pad not cleaned between diaper changes. Licensor observed food on diaper changing pad. Lead teacher Pedrosa admitted she got busy with the children and forgot to clean it off. Referent stated cleaning between diaper changes is not occurring. It is more likely than not this violation did occur. 0241(1)(g)(i)- Valid. Allegations toys not cleaned regularly. On 7/29/22 and 10/7/22 this licensor and Supervisor Howard observed a dirty doll in the toddler classroom.
